Service Description
Our Dog Wash service is designed to keep your pup clean, comfortable, and healthy. Every wash includes: • Deep cleansing with premium pet-safe shampoo & conditioner • Blow-dry and full brush-out for a soft, shiny coat • Nail trimming for paw health and comfort • Paw pad and paw hair trimming • Ear cleaning and gentle ear hair removal (if needed) • Sanitary trim for hygiene around sensitive areas • Light face tidy-up for a neat look • Finishing spray for a fresh, lasting scent Your dog will leave looking refreshed, smelling great, and feeling their very best. 🐾 Please note: Prices may vary depending on coat condition, matting, or special care requirements. Additional charges may apply if extra time or treatments are needed.
Cancellation Policy
At Pet & Paw, we care about your time, our groomers’ time, and most importantly, the wellbeing of your pets. To keep our schedule fair for all clients, please review our policy below: 1. Cancellations • Bookings cannot be cancelled within 24 hours (by 23:59) before the appointment. • Cancellations after this time or no-shows will be charged the full service fee. • Clients who cancel or reschedule more than two times within the 24-hour cutoff may be blocked from booking online. Future bookings may require a deposit. 2. Rescheduling • You may reschedule your appointment any time before the 24-hour cutoff, subject to slot availability. • Rescheduling after the cutoff is not permitted. • More than two late reschedules will result in booking restrictions. 3. Deposits & Payments • Some services or peak times may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled late or in case of a no-show. • Prepaid packages are also subject to this policy. 4. Arrival & Late Policy • Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply. 5. Health & Safety • Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Proof may be requested. • Pets with fleas, illness, or aggressive behavior may be refused service or charged handling fees. • If a dog becomes too stressed or unsafe during grooming, we may stop and charge for work completed. 6. Owner Responsibilities • Provide accurate information about your pet’s health and grooming needs. • Pets must be collected promptly after grooming to avoid extra holding fees. 7. Respect & Conduct • Our team works hard to ensure a safe and caring environment. Any abuse, repeated policy violations, or unsafe behavior will result in refusal of service.
